Ez-Blend Data Transfer Unit

The Ez-Blend Data Transfer Unit adds a second monitor to an existing Ez-Blend system.  Trend graphs of plant sensors such as scales, meters, temperatures and tachometers can be viewed for an easy visualization of plant operations.  The DTU collects extended Event & Error Logs from the Ez-Blend and allows for quick review.

Laser Printer / PDF  Ez-Blend reports may be directly printed to a standard Laser Printer or saved as PDF files.  Extended Daily Production Totals are also record on the DTU and can be review months later.

Daily Data Logger Report Storage / Reprint  Data Logger information traditionally sent to a dot matrix printer can now be record on the DTU and printed at the end of the day to a standard laser printer or saved to a PDF file. Daily Data Logger information are saved and can be reprinted as needed.

Ez-Blend Remote Office and Mobile Viewing

The Ez-Plant Office Software will allow viewing of multiple plants at a glance  Minute by Minute snap shots of all essential operations can be view for each plant.  etc. etc. etc.  Mobile App will allow each of your plants to be selected at time for viewing.

The DTU (Data Transfer Unit) has a minimal footprint.  The DTU connects directly to the rear of the monitor and requires no tabletop or floor space.  It provides a familiarly visual interface and a convenient place to access reports and utilize web mail while still monitoring the plant via the main Ez-Blend Screen.  Internet communication’s workload is safely isolated from the main Ez-Blend PC allowing uninterrupted running even without an Internet connection.
